ASW has unveiled its 2024 performance, achieving a revenue of 9.987 billion baht, a growth of 39%, and a net profit of 1.457 billion baht, up 33%. Continuing its 20-year success, the company emphasizes its strategy of “Growing Success, Growing Happiness,” moving forward cautiously and steadily amid various economic conditions. For 2025, ASW plans to launch 10 new projects across Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and Phuket, with a total value of 22 billion baht, targeting sales of 19.5 billion baht and revenue of 10.5 billion baht, supported by a backlog of 25.413 billion baht. This year, the company will gradually transfer 7 completed projects worth over 14.05 billion baht.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness,” stated that in 2024, the company achieved total sales of 19.33 billion baht, growing approximately 17% from 2023, exceeding the sales target of 17.8 billion baht. Meanwhile, the total revenue reached 9.987 billion baht, a 39% increase from the previous year, surpassing the original revenue target of 8.7 billion baht, and net profit reached 1.457 billion baht, up 33% from last year, marking the highest revenue and net profit since the company's inception (New High).

This success was driven by projects with strong market responses and notable transfer rates, such as Kave Town Island valued at 3.5 billion baht and THE TITLE HALO 1 valued at 1.537 billion baht, which was the first project to transfer ownership and gradually recognize revenue after ASW acquired shares in Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a real estate development expert in Phuket.

“The real estate market in 2024 was quite volatile due to various factors, but ASW managed to maintain continuous growth in sales, revenue, and net profit through careful business planning, emphasizing financial discipline, expanding into high-potential new locations like Phuket, and timely project deliveries, which built customer trust. Additionally, ASW employed a Lifestyle Marketing strategy that helped differentiate the brand and strengthen its position as a lifestyle-focused real estate developer, allowing it to reach a younger audience more effectively,” Mr. Kramchat stated.

Mr. Kramchat further noted that while the real estate sector in 2025 faces challenges from stricter lending measures by financial institutions, there are positive factors from the overall economic outlook. The World Bank and the Ministry of Finance estimate that Thailand's GDP will grow by about 2.9-3.0% due to the expansion of private consumption, exports, and a continuous recovery in tourism, along with public and private sector investments. Furthermore, the entry of global tech companies investing in data centers in Thailand is expected to create jobs for locals and expatriates, strengthening domestic purchasing power and stimulating demand for rental and purchase of condominiums by foreigners.

In 2025, ASW will continue its strategy of “Growing Success, Growing Happiness” to achieve sustainable and stable growth by planning to launch 10 new projects with a total value of 22 billion baht in strategic locations across Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and Phuket. This includes 8 condominium projects worth a total of 20.5 billion baht under three main brands: KAVE, ATMOZ, and MODIZ, such as Atmoz De Sol Thipphawan Station, Kave Playground, and leisure residences in Phuket like THE KATABELLO, ADORA RAWAI, along with 2 horizontal projects in Phuket worth 1.5 billion baht, expanding the success of the THE TITLE brand into luxury villas for the first time in Nai Yang Beach and Cherng Talay, while also generating recurring income by investing in businesses linked to consumer lifestyles, such as community malls, health & wellness, and entertainment, with sales targets of 19.5 billion baht and revenue targets of 10.5 billion baht.

As of the end of 2024, ASW has a strong backlog of approximately 25.413 billion baht, which will gradually transfer ownership and recognize revenue in 2025 across 7 projects worth a total of 14.05 billion baht. The projects set for transfer in the first half of the year include 1. Atmoz Season Ladkrabang, a newly completed condominium valued at 1.1 billion baht, 2. Kave COCO Bangsaen, a campus condominium project adjacent to Burapha University valued at 2 billion baht, 3. Atmoz Palacio Ladprao-Wanghin, a condominium near three subway lines valued at 1.75 billion baht, and 4. Atmoz Canvas Rayong, a resort-style condominium next to Central Rayong valued at 1.25 billion baht.

“Over the past 20 years, ASW has navigated through crises and gradually grown stronger. This year, although it is another challenging year for the real estate market, we continue to operate our business cautiously while adapting to all situations. We are committed to developing projects efficiently to deliver quality housing to our customers on schedule, alongside managing financial liquidity. We are confident that with the strategy of Growing Success, Growing Happiness, the strength of our brand, and the trust from customers and partners built over two decades, ASW will stand firm in all economic conditions and achieve its set goals,” Mr. Kramchat concluded.
